HONORS ENGLISH
1. We got new vocab words. Several of you were missing from class today. Please be sure to get the words and be prepared for a test on Friday
2. The Count of Monte Cristo is our next book. We "BRIEFLY" went over stuff involving the novel, but I am waiting until Wednesday to formally begin the story; there are quite a bit of notes involving the historic time period, etc, and I want to make sure everyone is present
PUBLIC SPEAKING
1. Memorization/Recitation performances
2. Comedy: We began our discussion on comedy (who is funny? Why? Etc). We began taking notes on the ten elements of comedy....we got to number 7 and will continue on Wednesday.
