What I want YOU to do is this: Find a group of sentences in the story that you think you could ENRICH by combining with semicolons, colons, dashes, or appositives....on one side of your paper, write the sentences EXACTLY as they appear in Keillor's story....on the other side of the paper, write YOUR REVISION. I want you to do this THREE TIMES (so, in other words, you are picking out three sections of the story to revise and enrich sentences). I would be happy to talk with you....I have block 4 free, and I can talk to you during exam week as well. Be sure to read THROUGH chapter 44 so you are prepared for the midterm exam--remember that the exam will be a test on chapters 32-44. Some character matching will be on there. Your papers are due the Monday after midterm (they were assigned last week)
