1. Vocabulary
-go over word definitions
-spend class time putting words in original, funny sentences
2. Study Skills
-awesomest drawing of an elephant EVER (and story that goes with it)
-begin discussion of study skills (mind map, info map, etc)
-create/finish info map for "food"and make sure this is done for next class
HONORS ENGLISH
1. Vocab
-finish words from "nullify' to end
2. Study Skills discussion of information maps, and create two of them (one for food...one free choice with good categories) as a way to begin to see relationships and conceptualize knowledge
3. Literary Terms
-begin with a list on the board
-we will finish these AND begin short stories next time!
