-go over hero cycle/epic graphic organizer
-read, together, the last section of Beowulf, and work on correcting the incorrect timeline I passed out...
-REMEMBER that on Thursday you have your test on Beowulf...this will include all the notes, historical stuff, etc....STUDY
-your comparison essay (see last week's blog for the details!) is due next WEDNESDAY because of the Columbus Day holiday!

HONORS
1. "The Birthmark"
-class questions/notes/discussion...be sure to get them if you were out
-group questions "outside the box" about perfection in nature/science/humanity's fatal flaw...
2. Papers from "Lottery" story due in class today
