"Compare or Contrast the character of Beowulf to a modern day hero of your choice. You may choose any 'modern day' hero you would like (athlete...superhero...soldier...parent...etc etc!!).   Grading will mostly be focused on your introduction/thesis and your three examples from Beowulf the story to compare/contrast him with a modern day hero.

ENGLISH 12

With Ms Wadsworth, read and discuss section 3 of Beowulf.....we will go over all of this next time!

HONORS 12

1. For the first part of class, while I was still out, you had time to work on papers....these are due for you on FRIDAY

2. College essay

-begin all by copying down grading parameters, etc...

-read and discuss prompts and reasons for writing essay....
