1. I AM THE CHEESE
-quiz on chapter 3, 4, 5 (use study guide)
-go over quiz and questions from study guide
-notes on typological names and omniscient narrator/Brint
-read chapter 6 and 7 aloud....read 8 and 9 on own and answer the questions in guide...

HONORS

1. COLLEGE ESSAY
-read and evaluate sample essays.....
-take time to work on your college essay, which is due on Tuesday.
-remember the rubric:

     ***YOU MUST HAVE GOOD EVIDENCE OF VOICE
     ***YOU MUST EMPLOY A STRONG LEAD (think of Q.A.Q.S discussion!!)
     ***YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST FOUR UNDERLINED SENTENCES REFLECTING
           THE SENTENCE VARIETY TECHNIQUES WE TALKED ABOUT (they should start with
           adjective phrases, participle phrases, etc)
